Supervisory
Procedures
We have
frequent
supervisor
visits
to our
customer's
facilities.
This
allows
the
supervisor
to view
work in
progress
and
visit
with
employees
on the
account.
Security
Procedures
Each
employee
will
wear a
uniform
and a
photo
identification.
We
background
check
and drug
test all
employees
during
the
hiring
process,
along
with
random
drug
testing
during
their
employment.
We also
always
perform
a door
rattle
from the
outside
of the
building
to make
sure the
facility
is
secured.
Training
Procedures
Our
employees
attend a
three-session
training
class to
cover
company
requirements,
safety
issues,
and
cleaning
procedures
and
requirements.
Then,
after
being
assigned
to a
building,
all
employees
are
orientated
to a new
job with
a
supervisor,
working
with
them
during a
three
day
orientation
period.
Ongoing
training
and
opportunity
for
advanced
training
are a
part of
our
management
requirements.
